Prepaid Goods Delivery Rules & Policies

Delivery Time frame:
Prepaid goods are expected to be delivered within 1 business days from the order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. -
Non-Delivery Notification:
If the goods have not been delivered within the expected time frame, the customer should notify us via phone within 2 days of the expected delivery date. -
Investigation and Resolution:
Upon notification of non-delivery, we will investigate the situation and determine whether the goods were delayed, lost, or if there was an issue with the shipping process. This may take up to 2 business days. -
Replacement or Refund:
If the goods are determined to be lost or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will offer the customer the following options:-
Replacement of Goods: We will send a replacement of the prepaid goods at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Tracking Information:
Customers will be provided with tracking information for their prepaid goods at the time of shipment. If the tracking status shows the goods were delivered but the customer has not received them, we will assist with claims to the carrier. -
Address Issues:
If non-delivery is caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. However, in this case, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping costs. -
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. -
Customer Responsibilities:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a correct and complete shipping address.

The customer should verify that someone is available to receive the goods at the provided address.
