Gift Certificate Validity Period Rules

Expiration Date:
The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. After this period, the gift certificate will expire, and no further claims or exchanges will be accepted. -
Non-Transferable:
The gift certificate is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom it was issued, unless stated otherwise. -
No Cash Refunds:
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except where required by law. -
Partial Use:
If the gift certificate is used for a purchase that is less than its value, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases, provided the certificate is still within its validity period. -
Lost or Stolen Certificates:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. No replacements or refunds will be issued. -
Cannot Combine with Other Offers:
Gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless stated otherwise. -
State-Specific Regulations:
In accordance with NY regulations, if required, the certificate will remain valid for a minimum of 365 days from the date of issuance, even if the business does not specify an expiration date. -
Online and In-Store Use:
Gift certificates are redeemable at Pike & Griff Owned Stores both online and at our physical location. Online redemption may require a unique code.
