The gift certificate is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom it was issued, unless stated otherwise.

  3. No Cash Refunds:
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except where required by law.

  4. Partial Use:
If the gift certificate is used for a purchase that is less than its value, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases, provided the certificate is still within its validity period.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. No replacements or refunds will be issued.

  6. Cannot Combine with Other Offers:
Gift certificates cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless stated otherwise.

  7. State-Specific Regulations:
In accordance with NY regulations, if required, the certificate will remain valid for a minimum of 365 days from the date of issuance, even if the business does not specify an expiration date.

  8. Online and In-Store Use:
Gift certificates are redeemable at Pike & Griff Owned Stores both online and at our physical location. Online redemption may require a unique code.
