Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund:

  • Refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.

  • To be eligible, the product must be returned within 2 days of the purchase or delivery date.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

  • Customers must contact us via email, phone, or contact form with their order number and reason for exchange/refund within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • If the product is defective or damaged, please include photos of the issue to help expedite the process.

3. Where to Return or Exchange Products:

  • In-store Returns/Exchanges: If you are located near one of our physical stores, you can return or exchange your product at 34 Scott St. Jamestown, NY 14701 Please bring your receipt or order confirmation with you.

  • Online Returns/Exchanges: Call Store for re delivery options.

5. Exchange Process:

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a store credit or a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items:


The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by law)

7. Shipping Fees:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping for exchanges and refunds is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

8. Store Credit:

  • If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the value of your purchase, which can be used on a future order. This is non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the issue date.

9. Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for products that do not meet the criteria outlined above or if the return is made outside of the allowed time frame.
